Who do we contact in matters of emergency / delays?
How do we know that our booking is confirmed?
Once you have made payment for your transfers, you will receive an instant confirmation which acts as your ticket to ride.
What happens when we land at the airport?
Once you have arrived at the airport and have come through arrivals, you will meet our driver who will be stood with a name board.
For Lyon airport we ask you to contact the driver once you have collected baggage and come through arrivals.
The driver will then drive around to collect you.
What happens with flight delays?
We ask our customers to keep us as up to date as possible on their travel situation regarding delays from their end.
Clients must understand that in the event of flight delays exceeding 90 minutes, and if the allocated driver has to leave the airport prior to the arrival of the client, clients will be placed on the next available transfer that is going to the requested destination.
If a client insists on the driver waiting, regardless of the length of a delay, there will be a charge, after 90 minutes, of 20 euros per hour.
If the driver is aware of the new arrival time for the delayed flight before leaving a resort to go to the arrival airport in question, the driver will leave according to the new arrival time and no supplement will be charged.
Clients are asked to do their best to keep 3SIXTY informed about all possible delays to their flight(s).
What vehicles are supplied for the transfers?
Our fleet of vehicles consists of Volkswagon Caravelle’s. These vehicles carry a maximum of 8 passengers.
Do we have space for all of our luggage?
The vehicles will carry the standard luggage for up to 8 passengers. Usually consisting of 8 large suitcases, 8 pieces of hand luggage and up to 4 pairs of skis.
We ask if you have an unusually large amount of luggage to let us know as we will be able to fit roof bars or supply a trailer.
How long does the transfer take?
The majority of transfers between airports Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble and resort can take between 2.5 hrs and 3.5 hrs.
For Chambery airport transfers, these can take between 1.5 hrs and 2.5 hrs.
Please be aware that this does not take traffic or weather conditions into account.
We have children, are child seats provided?
It is very important that our customers have informed us of child ages and child seat requirements at the time of booking.
We will provide the correct child seats free of charge and these will have been fitted correctly prior to your arrival.
Clients must be reminded that under no circumstances should a child be on the lap of an adult during the transfer and must be securely fastened into the child seat provided. This is a legal requirement.
Are supermarket stops permitted?
We recommend that you request stops of any sort on the way to resort at the time of booking.
We cannot guarantee this on the day if the vehicle has been scheduled for another transfer following your.
We do not allow for any stops on the return to the airport, these are scheduled quite precisely.
Do we get dropped off / picked up directly outside our hotel / chalet?
Where possible we will drop you at the door of your hotel/ chalet. Where this is not possible we will always try to get you as close as possible.
What happens in the event of extreme weather conditions?
Our vehicles are equipped for all seasons. In the winter the fleet have snow tyres fitted along with the correct snow chains on board.
The drivers are trained for such conditions.
For journeys returning to the airport we always adjust pick up times based on the weather and road conditions.
