Lyon
La Rosiere
La Rosiere, is known as 'The Sunny Resort' due to it being a south facing resort which sits at 1850m.
La Rosiere is a firm favourite for families due to the amount of sun it receives. It has 38 lifts, and a skiable altitude of 2650m, and a combined 80 pisted slopes with neighbouring Italian resort La Thuile. This combined area is known as 'Espace San Bernardo' allows you to ski a huge area of 160km of pisted runs.
Don't worry, you won't need your passport in order to pop over to Italy for a pizza! But do be aware of the last lift times so that you can get back over to La Rosiere!
